A dozen members of the Prime 50 Club enjoyed a day trip to Kearney to tour the Jesse James Farm and Museum. A very knowledgeable guide shared about the life of local legend, Jesse James. “She could tell you anything you ever wanted to know about Jesse James,” said one member.
They followed this tour with a visit to a historic, Excelsior Springs —just a hop and a skip away. There, they explored Excelsior Spring’s name sake, a historic site for mineral waters and spa built in 1937. Prime 50 members ended their visit with lunch at Excelsior’s Resort, The Elms, famous for its fine cuisine--including grass-fed beef, and local Chef Kelli Daniel’s famous blueberry ketchup.
