Weekdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays from 8:30 – Noon

  • Call Platte Valley Bank: 816-858-5400
  • Or, complete a Debit Card Request by logging into Internet Banking. Click on Miscellaneous Online Requests, Apply Now.

  • Call MasterCard: 816-800-472-3272. Be prepared to share your name as it appears on your debit card and answer specific identification questions.
  • The following business day, call Platte Valley Bank at 816-858-5400 to request a new Debit Card.
