SBA 7A's

The SBA’s basic 7A program is the most widely used business loan program. Loan proceeds can be utilized for any legitimate business purpose including:

• Working Capital
• Equipment Purchase
• Business Expansion
• Debt Consolidation
• Real Property Purchase and Renovation

SBA 504's

This program is available for an eligible business for the purchase or real property and/or the purchase of equipment with a useful life of 10 years or more.

SBA Express Program

This program is designed to streamline the approval process for loans to veterans and active military personnel. This program is available for loans of $500,000 or less with a maximum guarantee of 85%. Loan proceeds are available for business purposes only. Loan types include standard loans as well as revolving lines of credit.
