Dollar Bill's Birthday Party at Platte Valley Bank

On Saturday night, August 9^th, Platte Valley Bank’s Dollar Bill Kids Club held Family Day at the bank in Platte City to celebrate Dollar Bill's Birthday. We celebrated with hotdogs, chips, drinks, ice cream, and cupcakes. We had games and prizes for fun and a DJ music was provided by MIC King Music. When families arrived we handed out Dollar Bill Kids Club bags filled Platte Valley Bank gifts and coupons from local businesses. At the end of the night, we came inside to watch a movie, play with glow sticks, and eat popcorn and candy.

We would like to thank Platte County Health Department, Platte County Community Center North - YMCA, and Mid-Continent Public Library for providing tables with information and giveaways. Thank you to the Kansas City Ice Cream Company for the ice cream stand to provide sweet treats for the kids and family. Sonic, Burger King, and Pizza Shoppe provided treat coupons.
