Veteran Honor Flight Meet & Greet

On November 10th, Platte Valley Bank co-sponsored  a Meet and Greet luncheon for the Yellow Ribbon Honor Flight going to Washington DC on Veterans Day.

This was  a chartered flight  dedicated to the  50th Anniversary of the Vietnam war.  There were WWII and Korean veterans on the flight as well.

Employees were at the airport to greet the veteran’s for the welcome home after their exciting day.

Thank you to Hy-Vee for partnering with Platte Valley Bank to provide the delicious lunch.

It was an honor to meet and serve these veterans that have sacrificed so much for our country.
