Strawberry Bread

Here's a recipe you can enjoy, from our cookbook on pg. 118.

• Strawberry Bread •

{ingredients}
3 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. light oil, 2 c. sliced strawberries, 1 1/4 c. optional pecans

{instructions}
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter two loaf pans or spray with Pam. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Add strawberries. Stir thoroughly. Pour into loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick to see if it's done. Cool 10-15 minutes and remove from pans. Cool on wire wrack. It is better the following day. Do not cut warm!
