Pumpkin Dump Cake

Celebrating the first day of Fall this weekend with a fall-like recipe from our cookbook on pg. 139.

{Pumpkin Dump Cake}

• Ingredients •
2 cans pumpkin3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

• Instructions •
Mix above ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle a yellow cake mix on top, 1 cup pecans, and 3/4 cup melted butter on top of the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or longer if necessary.
