Platte Valley Bank's Chili Cook-Off for JDRF

On October 22^nd, Platte Valley Bank employees participated in a Chili Cook-Off to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The Chili Cook-Off took place at our Platte City branch. Seven employees participated by bringing a crockpot full of chili and a unique name for their dish. Fellow employees donated money to sample the chili and vote for their favorites. We voted for the best tasting, spiciest, and most unusual chili. Winners received recognition and a Chili Cook-Off apron. Through the day, we raised $269 dollars for JDRF. Congratulations to all!
