Platte Valley Bank 2015 STAR Scholarship Winners

The Platte Valley Bank STAR Scholarship Foundation awards a $1000.00 scholarship to one graduating senior from each community where Platte Valley Bank has a banking location.

The STAR Scholarship was created in 2004 through Platte Valley Bank’s Outreach Committee.  It is funded by the generous donations by the employees through “Scholarship Jeans Days.”  Once a month, with a donation towards the scholarship fund, employees are allowed to wear jeans to work. This year and going forward, ownership decided to match the donations to increase the scholarship amount to $1000.00 per winner.
