Platte Senior Services’ Day at the Farm

On June 17^th, Platte Valley Bank provided lunch for the Platte Senior Services’ “Day at the Farm” at Weston Red Barn Farm in Weston, MO. More than 60 seniors from all over Platte County attended the event.

Lunch consisted of hamburgers, hotdogs, baked beans, sauerkraut, and chips. Hy-Vee donated the baked goods. Bingo, country line dancing, ring toss, and musical entertainment were also part of the event.

Seniors enjoyed a walking tour of the farm, petting yard, and the country store. They even had a change to take a hayride around the property.
