Platte City To Host Pre-Dash Bash Prior to Warrior DashDate: Friday, April 26 from 5-8 pm

The Platte City Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Platte County to create, develop and deliver the first
Platte City “Pre Dash Bash” event to be held Friday, April 26, from 5 p.m.- 8p.m at the Platte County Fairgrounds. The Pre-Dash Bash is a community event where local and area residents plus Warrior Dash participants & spectators are invited to enjoy some great food & music. More than 15,000 participants are expected in Platte City to tackle the challenging Warrior Dash 5K course at Platte Ridge Park April 27-28th.
Proceeds from the Pre-Dash Bash benefit The Farmer’s House*. JRay’s will cater the event featuring a spaghetti dinner, cash bar, music, giveaways, and drawings to win great raffle prizes. Tickets are $6 in advance; they include one raffle ticket. Tickets may be purchased in advance by visiting:

To better promote Platte City businesses and maximize the economic impact of Warrior Dash, local businesses are invited to participate in sponsoring the Pre-Dash Bash.
