On Friday May 6th, Platte Valley Bank treated 55 Barry kids to a tasty ice cream toppings bar. This was the last ice cream bar for the school year. Students were nominated by their teachers for exhibiting
RESPECT for May,
COOPERATION for June or
HONESTY for July. The event is part of the Platte County R-3 School District’s Pirates R.O.C.K. program.
Pirates R.O.C.K. (Raising Outstanding Character Kids) is a program designed to surround families with examples of strong character traits. Each month, our community focuses on a specific trait and students are recognized for exhibiting them. Platte Valley Bank has enjoyed partnering with Barry School for this program.
