Northland Young Professionals Event at Stone Canyon Pizza

Yesterday, two Platte Valley Bank loan officers attended the Northland Young Professionals event luncheon held at Stone Canyon Pizza in Parkville, MO. One officer serves on the Marketing Committee for the NYP and one serves on the Professional Development Committee. There were 22 attendees for the event and the event topic was "Personality Based Leadership," presented by Vicky Ward, Manger of Prevention Services with the Tri-County Mental Health Services. The luncheon was sponsored by Workplace Aware and Campus Eye. The NYP's mission is to provide education opportunities in the areas of leadership, professional development and networking for young professionals who live or work in the Northland.

The next event luncheon will be sponsored by Platte Valley Bank on November 12th at McCrite's Senior Center and will feature Jim McGraw, former COO & CEO of Mariner Labs.
