National Wear Red Day for the American Heart Association

Today, Platte Valley Bank employees are wearing red in honor of the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day. Employees wore red and made their donation.

During February, American Heart Month, the color red symbolizes the fight against heart disease in women. According to the American Heart Association, “Heart disease and stroke kill 1 in 3 women, yet it's 80% preventable.”
