Cauliflower Casserole

With this cooler weather, is anyone else ready for fall?
Here is a fall-like recipe that is easy and yummy. It is from our cookbook on pg. 57.

{Cauliflower Casserole}

• Ingredients • 1 medium head cauliflower, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper

• Instructions • Wash cauliflower and break into florets. Cook in boiling water until crisp tender. Drain. Place cauliflower in 1 qt casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spoon evenly over cauliflower. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Enjoy!
