Bank Day Begins at Compass Elementary

Platte Valley Bank was excited to partner with Compass Elementary on August 25^th, with their first Bank Day. Bank Day is a program developed by Platte Valley Bank through the Dollar Bill Kids Club to teach children the importance of saving money. Employees visit the school twice a month, before school, to accept deposits from children who have Dollar Bill Kids Club savings accounts. Children are taught how to complete a deposit slip and are given a receipt for making the deposit. The children get to choose a fun item when they participate.
