Arrive Alive, Platte County R-3 School Students

Platte County R-lll students were recently involved in Arrive Alive. 

Arrive Alive is an event sponsored by local law enforcement, and community businesses to promote safe driving for teens and the community. Arrive Alive reminds students and adults the dangers of speeding, distracted driving and the prevention of unintentional injuries.  Activity events include; seat belt simulator, rollover simulator, impaired goggles, driving simulator, safe driving tips, semi-truck safety, distracted driving videos, mock crashes, and field sobriety tests. Platte Valley Bank sees the importance in partnering  in this event and donated two Amazon Kindle Fires as part of the grand prize giveaways for students participating in this event.
