2016-2017 Bank Days Begin

 

Platte Valley Bank is excited to again partner with Siegrist Elementary for the 2016-2017 school year in the Bank Day program. Platte Valley Bank developed Bank Day through the Dollar Bill Kids Club to teach children the importance of saving money. Employees go twice a month, before school, to accept deposits from  children who have Dollar Bill Kids Club savings accounts. Children are taught how to fill out a deposit slip and are given a receipt when making a deposit. The children also get to choose fun items when they participate. Platte Valley Bank partners with 11 schools in the northland communities for Bank Days.
